Hello and welcome to my blog! I hope to use this as a means for sharing my faith & telling others about the ongoing work of Jesus in my life.

The word of encouragement that is on my heart this morning is 1 Corinthians 1:9, “God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.” In spite of my sin, my doubt, my fear, all my faith-less-ness, our God is ever faithful, a steadfast Father whose love never ceases. I am the adulteress, prostituting myself before other gods; He is the lovesick husband, longing to embrace me. I am the prodigal, blaspheming my family name in a distant land; He is the faithful Father, standing on the porch steps, waiting for my return. His faithfulness is not contingent upon my faith. Rather, He loves me with a love I don’t deserve, a love I scarcely comprehend, a love I desperately need. Thank you, faithful Father, for your unfailing, unwavering, unfathomable Love.
