Preach the Gospel, die, and be forgotten.
Go Vols!I’m glad that you and Joshua had so much fun watching football today. Abby Kate and I had a great time shopping!
We’re 1-0 and all is right with the world.Watching Joshua was just as much fun as watching the game! He’s such a little fan! I love it.Glad y’all had fun shopping. I’m also glad I didn’t have to go.
Man, they looked tough today. And Cal looked incredibly overrated.
SEC in general looked pretty good. You know, Cal will still be ranked in the top 15 probably, just because they’re Cal.I was impressed with UT yesterday. I knew Cal was overrated, but not that much. I tell you what though, USC looked good too.And the quarterback for Arkansas that came in later in the game, true freshman Mitch Mustain, looked great too.Of course, the tide, well, they were okay. I think John Parker Wilson may end up being a great quarterback. Just think if Prothro comes back…ah man.
Glad for you Jason.
Thanks guys. The SEC looked pretty good this weekend. It’s shaping up to be an exciting season.
Number Two is rejoicing with you. That ex-Grissom dude (Jayson Swain) looked good on that 50-yard TD reception.
Number Two and I enjoyed a celebratory hug this morning. Go Vols!
It was a great day Saturday. We are sitting here watching it again on CSS. Hope we look this good all season. Have a good holiday.
Still can’t believe what I saw. I just hope I see it again when we play the Gators. I guess Cal now knows what the speed of a defense in the SEC looks like compared to the PAC 10.
We were camping in the wilderness but fortunate enough to have radio reception. However, we could keep up with the number of TD’s by listening to our neighboring campers who, like most other camping UT fans, bring their own Satelite dish, UT grill, UT Tiki Torches, UT camping chairs, UT string lights, and make it a camping UT holiday. You could also tell which campers had too much “UT Juice” UT campers are easy to spot ’cause everything on their campsite in UT. It is an experience every UT fan must witness someday – this UT game day in a campground.
Let’s slow down a little. Big win. Meaning they are a team to watch. Now they have to at least beat a good SEC school before I’d get too excited (Cal is in the PAC 10).
BTW: Check out Avery’s little Gator hat.
I’m not sure if she and Joshua can be friends now…
Matt, you’re right. Our defense looked quick and hungry. That’s the thing I always notice about the SEC when we play teams from another conference: our defensive speed is unreal. I think that’s what sets us apart. We have 6 or 7 teams with incredible team speed, especially at linebacker. Another proof that the SEC is the best conference in the nation.
