I’m going to keep posting these until we get an SEC win.
I may have to wait until basketball season for that to happen.
Tennessee Speeding Law
The Tennessee Highway Patrol is cracking down on speeders heading into Knoxville. For the first offense, they give you two University of Tennessee football tickets. If you get stopped a second time, they make you use them.
Q. How do you keep a Tennessee Vol out of your yard?
A. Paint an orange and white checkerboard on your lawn.
Q. What do you call a Tennessee Vol with a SEC championship ring?
A. A thief.
Q. What’s the difference between the Tennessee Vols and a dollar bill?
A. You can still get four quarters out of a dollar bill.
Q. What do the UT VOLS and a possum have in common?
A. Both play dead at home and get killed on the road.
Oh my, these are very good. I’m sending them to Number One, post haste.
At least we can enjoy watching Eric Berry. That guy is a warrior. He is probably the only player on this team that could start for the ’98 team.
HA! Those are great!
Mike,Let it never be said that this UT fan can’t take a joke. As I said last week, at this point you have to laugh to keep from crying. Matt,I love Eric Berry. He and Deon Grant would make for quite a pair of hard hitting safeties.
Been there, hope not be again this year. But for every Alabama fan, there is a certain sense of dread as we turn the corner and head into the last half of the season…
Yeah, Mike, but this team seems different, at least to this outsider. I think “swagger” is the word. I’m dreading Oct. 25th.
What’s so sad is that it’s true this year. Ashleigh
I have a friend who has season tickets. He and his wife went a few weeks ago when UT barely beat NIU. He told me he took two extra tickets to the game and left them on the dash of his car when he went into the game. When he came out after the game someone had busted his windshield and left two more tickets!
Q: Where is the safest place to be in Knoxville in the event of a tornado?A: Neyland Stadium, because we know there will not be a touchdown there…
Roberto,I heard that one a week or so ago, which prompted the first “UT Funnies” post. There’s also a good one about Fulmer getting a job with FEMA. You should check it out.
