LOST Season Five: Juliet?

Well, LOSTies, what do we make of this?

Is Juliet dead? Or is it possible that she somehow survived Jughead? If her experience is meant to parallel Desmond’s turning of the failsafe key in Season 2 (as I think it is), then perhaps she survived but now the rules “don’t apply” to her, just as they don’t apply to Desmond. What does that mean? Who knows. But it could be that Sawyer and Juliet’s tearful farewell in the Season 5 finale isn’t the final chapter in this love affair.

I like your philosophy. Sounds like it could be the best possibility.Either that, or the jughead theory worked, and Juliet makes an appearance showing what her life is like now, which I hope isn’t the case, as that would make for a particularly boring season.

Yes! I am pumped mainly because Juliet is the hottest person on the show.I’m interested how they will bring her back. Of course, Lost does a good job of bringing back dead characters like Boone and Charlie (Christian has been dead the whole show). But I like your theory about her being like Desmond in the season 2 finale. The greatest thing about last week’s finale is that we have NO IDEA where season 6 is headed. So, if we don’t know where the show is headed, then we definitely have no idea how Juliet fits in.
