Today was the first day of “school” for our children. It’s really just a Mother’s Morning Out program, but still. Surprisingly, we didn’t cry. But it hurt just a little. Didn’t we just have these kids? Now they’re in “school”. Craziness.

Preach the Gospel, die, and be forgotten.
Abby Kate doesn’t look too sure about the whole thing!
haha..she really doesn’t!! π How did they do this first day?
They did really well. AK looks a little apprehensive in the pic, but she did great. Joshua loved going to the gym and playing ball. I think Mommy had fun on her day out, too.
I’m glad their day went well! I’m also glad Sunny had some ‘Sunny Time.’
My little Mary Beth started her new school this week, too. We dropped her off on Monday……at Lipscomb!
Wow. College. I don’t even want to think about that.
They are so cute. I took my last first day of school pictures of my girls this year. Jamie was so happy. We told her we would come to Lipscomb next year for her first day of school and take a picture. Ha You know what she said. I have taken a picture on the first day of school since they were in preschool. Even May was out there with Jamie. I took it under the same decorative apple flag and it shows how much they grow each year. They wouldn’t do it when we moved in to our new house a few years ago. Now they go to the back porch or inside. So enjoy and take one every year.
That’s awesome. Special memories.
